My Dexter came having a lot of neurological issues from consuming a toxin while we’re doing landscape projects at home. They were able to initiate the treatment and referred us to a hospital for my mini dachshund. very grateful for the staff and for the doctor. Highly positive experience now my Dexter is at home doing his thing. Thank you.

My dog likely had kennel cough, which is very contagious. They took us right away into a room for cats, since it's not contagious from dogs to cats. The tech and the vet listened to my story, and took their time with my anxious dog, making us both more comfortable. They presented an estimate of the total price (exam and meds), and while I'm sure I could have gotten the meds cheaper at a pharmacy, the convenience of not making 2 more stops (drop off and pick up) was totally worth it. The tech and the vet validated what I had done already and explained everything clearly. They called the next day and checked in on us. Highly recommend!

Urgent Vet in Greenwood I brought a 3 year old cat named Lukie, who was a loving stray that had been dumped as a 5 or 6 month old at my dad’s house in the woods, to Urgent Vet because he would not eat. He was a beautiful short hair gray tabby who loved everybody and loved food! They were able to get me in and I was so thankful because he was getting worse. He was falling over and not acting like himself. The assistant to the doctor was so kind and helpful. Lukie really loved her and she had no problems with drawing blood and looking for wounds on him. The assistant got him to eat some delectable and he enjoyed that. She spotted immediately that he was jaundice and that it was probably liver related. I knew that was not good. The doctor came in and was feeling Lukie’s abdomen and felt a big tumor. Then she found more tumors and she told me what they were and I recognized it as cancer. The doctor and I agreed that Lukie needed to be put down. I cried. The assistant gave me a hug and time and help and listened to me and supported me until I could come to terms with it. I would not hesitate to go there for emergencies when my regular vet can’t fit me in. I felt that they did a great job and they also did not charge me for the blood work since he was being put down. So the cost was reasonable. The Assistant was so kind and caring. I wish I could remember her name. The doctor was Julie Towel DVM, and she has 25 years of experience and explained in great detail what Lukie had. I miss him so much, but know in my heart that his last hours were filled with love and relief at finally being free.

Dr was great, vet tech was amazing! Thank you Grace… our vet tech got on the floor and was able to coax Oliver out to be seen. The staff were so very helpful. Thank you for your patience and your kindness. After a long difficult day, it was very much appreciated.

Took my little guy in on Sunday night as he went a little too hard out in the backyard in the heat. He was having a really hard time breathing and was suffering from a heat stroke. When I brought him in, he was wheezing and his tongue was purple. The team quickly sprung into action and intubated him to help his breathing while they got his body temperature lowered. They stabilized him enough to extubate him and for me to take him to a 24 hour hospital to make sure there were no residual issues. They kept me updated the entire time and even called me the next day to check up on him. I’m so so grateful for their urgency and kindness in our situation and would highly recommend them if you ever have an unfortunate urgent need for your pet.

Very good experience. Our dog likely stepped on a bee and she was having some reaction symptoms. We were immediately greeted and brought in for assessment. Everyone was attentive and genuinely seemed to care about our dog’s health. We also liked the beverages and snacks, often not thinking about that when rushing there and it was very convenient.

10⭐️if I could. They saw my dog for a bad ear infection that ramped up very quickly. He is so nervous with new people and they allowed me to stay with him the whole time. The best route was to sedate him so he’s be calm and out of pain so that they could fully irrigate and clean the ear. I’m glad we went that route because his ear looks far better today. They were patient with him and so kind. It meant a lot to me. Would highly recommend them for when you need to be seen and your primary vet is closed. Thank you again for what you did for Ronin!

We had to make the hard decision to put our kitty Halo down. The staff was amazing, kind and so patient with us and gave us all the time we needed with our girl. This was the first time I've ever had to do this and happily explained everything as they went along. My heart is broken but I can't thank them enough for making such a hard time a little easier.

I just wanted to say thank you to the entire staff for all being so wonderful when we had to bring our baby girl Floof in. They made sure she was comfortable and gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye to our baby girl. Obviously we didn’t get the news we were hoping for, but the staff here was so great. I wish we had known about you all much sooner. Being able to take our girl outside one last night to let her sniff the air and be where she loved most was so nice. I don’t remember the doctors name unfortunately but she was amazing. Very thorough and explained what was really going on with our kitty. You all made sure her last few moments were filled with love and I couldn’t have asked for anything more than that. I’m just gonna dump some of the many photos I have below so you can all see her before she was sick. Such a happy puff.
